For all those out there that don't live to far away or just might be in town my baby shower date is June 23. It's a Saturday open house from 11:00 to 1:00 at my mom's house. I'd love any excuse to see you guys!
Angie how does one pronounce Terje? And what does it mean?
So I hiked Orderville Canyon over the weekend. Anyone else done that canyon? It is beautiful! 12 miles with the last 1/2 being in water. It meets with the Narrows several miles up. We had a good time! My boss Dr. Ott and his wife went. They are so cool I feel lucky to work for such a great guy! Even is there is un-necessary office drama. 11 females in the same building day after day takes its toll. So far I have been able to stay out of it. Anyone else have the same experiance at work? I think some ladies invent drama to make the day go by faster or something.
Kate you planning on the Payette trip the end of this month? I can't wait!!! Don't worry we will have a raft for the fat ladies. :)

are you freakin kidding me? i haven't spent the last 7 months sick, and getting fat just to lose my baby on a rafting trip! sorry, not chancing it. i can't believe you are willing to sit in a car for 14 hours. that's miserable. plus, we will be in maine. dan's mom just called and told him about an 80th bday for his gpa. he's pretty bummed about missing the payette trip. and i won't be able to make the shower. my family will be on boulder mtn fishing. have fun though.

Terje is pronounced TIER-zshay I think. (they say it in the video a couple times). I just looked it up, it's a Scandinavian name meaning 'spear of Thor.' Based on how Terje goes barrelling down 7601 I would have guessed his name meant something like "total badass" but Spear of Thor still sounds pretty tough I guess.
I once worked for The Village Bank for like 5 minutes (Kenny Miller hired me as a temp). Kenny is the manager and pretty much the only guy among approx. 25 women. there is so much drama everyday. It was so gay. It was compelling evidence that women should just stay home and raise kids and not have jobs outside of home.
being an elementary school teacher Matt has been way outnumbered by females. He was usualy able to avoid getting invovled but sometimes he would get trapped in his room with grumpy ladies yacking away at him for long periods of time. He is excited to be at a big middle school next year where he won't be the only male.
I will also be at beachouse during the baby shower.
I figured the video must have said the name Terje but for some reason my volume wouldn't work I could only watch in silence.
Kate so you guys are not going at all? Dan had said maybe for a day or two. The main is pretty casual, Hell Id do it in a kayak if my skit would fit.
